The owner of Joanna Brylak Kancelaria Radców Prawnych i Adwocatów. A graduate of the University of Warsaw and the University of Bochum, PhD in law at the University of Warsaw, member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.

Joanna Brylak is an university lecturer, member of the Polish Association for Economic Analysis of Law and member of the Ethics Committee and Lawyer's Secret at the District Bar Council in Warsaw, member of the Scientific Council of the Jurisprudence of Courts of Appeal, member of the Scientific Council of European Law in practice.

She is involved in the provision of legal services with a focus on servicing domestic and foreign clients.

Since 1998, Joanna has gained extensive professional experience during her work as a consultant in various law firms with Polish, German and Italian capital. Her professional activity comes down mainly to to support entities and business transactions, as well as consultancy in the field of civil law. Joanna practices in Warsaw and cooperates with law firms in Germany.

Joanna's scientific interests include primarily criminal proceedings, in particular the appeal procedure. She is the author of numerous Polish and foreign publications in the field of civil law, criminal law, labor law, administrative law and commercial law.

Dr Joanna Brylak is fluent in German and English, which facilitates her professional integration and ensures freedom contact with foreign clients.
