Dominika Kamińska

Debt Collection Specialist

Dominika is a student at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Management in Warsaw.

She deals with civil law issues, with particular emphasis on the real estate law. Dominika took her first professional steps when she started working at a court. She also has extensive experience in debt collection cases.

In our firm, she is responsible for the correct handling of claims at the pre-trial stage, pursuing monetary claims through court proceedings, obtaining enforcement titles for the debtor's spouse, creditors and their legal successors. Moreover, she handles cases in a course of civil, economic and enforcement proceedings.

Privately, Dominika is interested in music, playing musical instruments and painting.
